Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
  3. Season tilapia filets and place them in the center of the pan.
  4. Spiralize sweet potato, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle asparagus olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place veggies on the pan surrounding the fish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tilapia is flaky and vegetables are soft.
