Now, to these amazing muffins. I have been addicted to these lately and they have been my go to breakfast. They’re a perfect grab-and-go meal, snack or even dessert and couldn’t be easier to make. Basically oatmeal but in portable form…! Modify the mix-ins for this recipe to include your favorite nuts, dried fruit, or add some protein powder for an extra protein boost. These muffins are so versatile you really cant go wrong with whatever you throw in. —> my kind of recipe!!! 🙂 Just a heads up these aren’t SUPER sweet. There is no added sugar so if you or your family have a bit of a sweet tooth I recommend adding in a little honey, coconut sugar, xylitol, or some other natural sweetener.
