Homemade salad dressings are so easy I don’t know why I don’t make them more often! They are also pretty had to mess up, no matter what you decide to put in them.
I had some apple cider vinegar lying around my house to use up to this recipe was perfect! When you can, use unfiltered apple cider vinegar instead of filtered. Unfiltered vinegar has enzymes and nutrients that filtered apple cider vinegar does not.
Mix apple cider vinegar with garlic, herbs, and salt and pepper to taste. I also added in some red pepper flakes because I like my spice. 🙂 Add olive oil slowly into mixture, whisking to combine well.
Store in a jar in the fridge. The olive oil may harden while in the fridge, so when you want to serve it, run the jar under warm water or let sit at room temperature until it liquefies before serving.
