Spicy Asian Almond Sauce
  1. Put almond butter, honey, coconut aminos, water, sesame oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes into a food processor and blend until creamy.
  2. Stir in half of the roughly chopped almonds to make sauce a little crunchy.
Veggie Noodle Bowl
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Peel butternut squash and cut into chunks that will fit in your spiralizer. Spiralize noodles and toss into a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Put noodles on greased baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until the noodles are al dente.
  4. Put cooked noodles in a large bowl and toss with the spicy almond sauce. Mix well until noodles are evenly covered with sauce.
  5. Serve noodles in individual bowls on top of fresh spinach. Garnish each bowl with white sesame seeds, remaining chopped almonds, and scallions.
