If you don’t already know this about me, you will learn that I love to incorporate circuits into my workouts. They are a great, efficient way to incorporate more exercises into a shorter period of time. They keep your heart rate up, add variety to your workout, and make the time pass quicker because you are always keeping yourself busy.
Yesterday I did this “Core Challenge” I found on Pinterest and really liked it! I was a little skeptical when I first saw it because it seemed like a lot and I wasn’t sure how long it would take me, but when I did it the time actually passed really fast. It was definitely hard but I made it through and am definitely sore today! 🙂
I challenge YOU to see how quickly you can get through all the exercises! My first attempt was 10 min 44 sec. I think I could definitely do it a little faster now that I’ve done the whole thing once already. Can you beat me??
